As the Managing Partner of the Shuff Law Firm, Joseph A. A seasoned litigator, Mr. Shuff has tried hundreds of family law cases, achieving successful outcomes, and is highly respected in the Courtroom and among his colleagues.
Joseph A. Shuff, III has garnered a top AV rating from Martindale Hubble, the premier attorney rating system in the nation. He has earned recognition as a Super Lawyer, an honor bestowed on less than 5% of the attorneys in the State. Mr. Shuff has also been selected as a Member of the Nation’s Top One Percent by the National Association of Distinguished Counsel, an honor bestowed on attorneys who have demonstrated an ongoing dedication to elevate the standards of the Bar and who provide a benchmark for other attorneys to emulate. Mr. Shuff has served as a Judge Pro Tem in the Orange County Superior Court and has expertly represented clients in all areas of family law, from uncontested actions to complex, high-asset cases and high conflict child custody actions.
Mr. Shuff has also represented clients in cases appealed from the Superior Court to the California Court of Appeal, Fourth Appellate District, a number of which have been published.
